Main components of this product suite mind mapping, project management and business diagramming tools. Format exchange technology is used for information management. This lets same data to be presented in the format of mind map, Gantt chart, or business - graphics. These main components are supported by ConceptDraw Solution Park. This is an online collection of add-ons, samples, and templates. These tools help solve specific tasks in education, project management, writing, business process modeling, software development, etc. A browser is supplied that provides core functionalities like installing, uninstalling of the component products and notifying the user about updates. ConceptDraw OFFICE 2 is an integrated set of visualization products and document exchange technologies.
Project management is supported by modules that cover most aspects of project management. These include PM Made Easy, PM Agile, PM Response, PM Team, PM Docs, PM Presentations, PM Meeting, PM Planning, PM Dashboards and Personal Time Management. These work seamlessly with mind maps, Gantt charts, Pert charts, presentations, to-do lists, schematics, dashboards, management reports, budget status, meeting agendas, resource usage tables, and other metrics with a single click. Generating business diagrams, mind maps, project plans, dashboards, presentations, schematics, and any other business visualizations is simple. MINDMAP is a tool for planning, brainstorming, and building processes. Along with the diagramming tool it will be easy to communicate project status, situational conditions, and visual representation of data. The interface is simple and intuitive for targeted user. This is a very good product.
